8 Classes Per Month Membership $69 every month • 8 visits per Month • Attend two classes per week, or a total of 8 classes per month, any day of your choosing. Includes Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Mash up classes and Body Boost class. There is a one-time $65 registration fee. Month-to-Month=No Annual Contract. May place membership on hold for 4 months a year without a charge. Unused classes may not be rolled over to the next month.
Unlimited Monthly Membership $85 every month • Unlimited visits • Make the commitment to be healthy! Attend unlimited Stroller Strides/ Stroller Barre or Body Boost classes at any location on any day ($3.54/per class). Includes weekly playgroup and Saturday Family Stroller Strides. Month-to-month=No Annual Contract. Memberships may be placed on hold for up to 4 months per hold period.
Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out. Stroller Barre® will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.
